You will join a Philadelphia-based cohort before joining live search teams, with rotations building market mapping, pipeline execution, and recruiting strategy to prepare for an Associate role.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or graduating within 12 months.
• Interest in executive search and leadership hiring.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• WHAT YOU’LL DO: In Month 1, attend classroom training led by True's leaders.
• Month 2: rotate through industry practices to ramp up search volume.
• Research to identify candidate archetypes and build target company lists.
• Pipeline development to drive candidate outreach and build a healthy pipeline.
• Manage candidate lifecycle and ensure CRM Thrive data integrity.
• Attend weekly client updates and shadow live search teams.
• Progress through rotations toward an Associate role.
