  • Answer, screen, forward calls and schedule appointments.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and collect briefings 24 hours in advance.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings and events for leadership.
  • Manage travel vouchers and related documents.
  • Track and manage incoming calls and messages for leadership.
