Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a SAP Delivery Executive to drive strategic SAP transformation portfolios and act as a trusted advisor to executive client stakeholders in the United States. Qualifications

• 15+ years leading SAP programs and transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience managing executive client relationships as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders.
• Strong experience managing portfolio financials, P&L accountability, contracts, revenue performance, and margin optimization.
• Experience partnering with sales, account management, and go-to-market teams to support account growth.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the executive delivery leader accountable for the successful execution, governance, financial performance, and client outcomes across SAP transformation programs.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with CIOs, CFOs, CTOs, and other senior client stakeholders.
• Act as the primary executive point of contact for assigned engagements, providing delivery leadership and escalation management.
• Lead governance forums, steering committees, and strategic planning sessions with client and Capgemini leadership.
• Drive program success by managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and quality measures.
• Partner with Engagement Managers, Program Managers, and Account Executives to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
• Create and foster high-performing teams across Capgemini geographies and client organizations.
• Monitor portfolio health and financial performance, including revenue and margin optimization.
• Ensure adherence to delivery methodologies and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify, mitigate, and resolve complex challenges impacting program success.
