Job summary

HMG Healthcare is seeking an experienced RN Clinical Services Director to oversee clinical operations across Houston area facilities. You will develop policies, lead teams, and ensure high-quality patient care while maintaining regulatory compliance.

This role requires strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration. Minimum qualifications include an active RN license, BSN or higher, 5+ years in LTC/SNF nursing with 3+ years in leadership, and knowledge of regulations and quality

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license.
• BSN degree or higher.
• Min 5 years nursing in LTC/SNF, with at least 3 years in leadership.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality improvement.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee clinical services across corporate facilities.
• Develop and implement clinical policies and standards.
• Coordinate care delivery with medical, nursing, and admin teams.
• Monitor quality improvement programs and data metrics.
• Provide coaching and professional development to staff.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and support strategic planning.
