Job summary

HMG Healthcare LLC in The Woodlands, TX, is seeking an experienced Corporate Clinical Services Director (RN) to lead clinical operations across Houston-area facilities and ensure high-quality patient care. The role requires a BSN, RN license, and 5+ years in LTC/SNF with leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license.
• BSN degree or higher.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience in LTC/SNF, including at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare regulations, clinical standards, and quality improvement methodologies.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage clinical services across corporate healthcare facilities to ensure consistent, high-quality patient care.
• Develop, implement, and monitor clinical policies, protocols, and standards in compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with medical staff, nursing teams, and administrative leaders to coordinate care delivery and optimize clinical workflows.
• Oversee clinical quality improvement programs, including data analysis, performance metrics, and corrective action plans.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and professional development opportunities to clinical staff to enhance skills and promote a culture of excellence.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
• Participate in strategic planning and budgeting processes related to clinical services.
• Serve as a liaison between clinical teams and executive leadership to communicate clinical priorities and challenges.
• Must be able to travel to area Houston facilities.
