• Track record of delivering business outcomes, not just selling projects.

Responsibilities

• Be the senior Intellibus partner for the client and build trust with CEO and senior leadership.
• Shape a coherent, multi-year transformation agenda integrating AI, data, and platform modernization.
• Ensure measurable business value and keep executives updated on progress and risk.
• Grow the relationship by creating value and expanding across functions and capabilities.
• Bringing together Intellibus leaders and resources as one integrated team.
• Help establish a long-term operating model and potential Jamaica-based engineering capability.
