Job summary

Bubba’s 33 in Ohio is seeking a Managing Partner (General Manager) to oversee all facets of operations, ensuring quality food and superior service while building a profitable, community-focused restaurant.

As MP, you will direct the management team, set weekly schedules, manage P&L, inventories, labor, and costs, and uphold liquor laws and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years or more as a GM, MP, or Multi-Unit manager in a full-service concept
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• The ability to problem solve and handle stress in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Enforce employment policies with the management team
• Direct work of management team and set weekly schedules
• Manage performance, conduct evaluations, coaching, and discipline
• Review applications, interview and hire management and hourly staff
• Oversee food, labor, and liquor costs and P&L
• Ensure compliance with liquor laws and safety standards
• Oversee inventories, budgets, and cost controls
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and security measures
• Develop key employees and training programs
• Liaise with vendors and support center contacts
