Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a General Manager to lead our Tyler store with proven leadership, drive results, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will manage operations, control costs, oversee food safety, and develop a high-performing team while ensuring top quality service and store presentation. This role requires prior management experience in quick service, strong communication, and the ability to mentor staff, optimize labor and food costs, and consistently meet company

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required).
• Customer Service experience (required).
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license (required).
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
