Job summary

Advanced Hospitality in the United States is seeking an experienced General Manager with a strong background in restaurant operations. The role requires hands-on leadership, a flexible schedule, and a focus on hospitality excellence in a high-volume setting.

Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of leadership experience, solid financial skills including P&L management, and capable communication to mentor both managers and hourly staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven success as a leader in restaurant operations.
• Background in best-in-class restaurant experience and passion for hospitality.
• Strong financial acumen, with ability to interpret and act on P&L data.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations including food & beverage execution, quality control, service, cost control, labor, and profitability.
• Meet budgeted goals related to revenue, COGS, labor and other operating expenses.
• Lead weekly P&L analysis, inventory, orders and production planning.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor projections to optimize revenue.
• Maintain customer relations and loyalty, leveraging CRM to drive satisfaction and recovery.
• Educate and train team members on core company curriculum and policies.
