SSD Management II LLC is seeking a Vice President and General Manager for the Sheraton San Diego Resort, a downtown waterfront property in San Diego, CA. You will oversee all resort and marina operations, guest satisfaction, associate engagement, revenue optimization, and financial performance.

Responsibilities include leading the team in alignment with Peregrine Hospitality’s Service Culture, driving strategic initiatives, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with laws while delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years GM experience in resort/full-service property.
• Experience leading large teams and multi-department operations.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
