The Sheraton San Diego Resort is seeking an Executive Chef to steer culinary operations, drive brand standards, and maximize financial performance on-site in San Diego. You will lead menus, training, and banquet operations while maintaining safety and quality across all outlets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large-scale hotel or resort operations.
• Proven experience leading high performing teams and operations.
• Extensive financial literacy and experience managing operational financials.
• Enthusiasm, creativity and a progressive approach to business development.

Responsibilities

• Inspires and builds a strong culinary culture; runs pre-shift meetings and fosters team cohesion.
• Creates menus and food presentations; leads training and coaching.
• Manages production for a la carte and banquet functions with quality and safety.
• Controls labor, food costs and inventory to meet budgetary goals.
• Partners with F&B, sales and events to satisfy guest expectations.
