Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a Reporting Manager in Houston to lead the global reporting function, guiding governance and performance analytics for projects and portfolios. You’ll drive standardization, ensure data quality, and enable executive decision-making with actionable insights.

You will collaborate with leadership, develop dashboards using Power BI, and mentor reporting staff while improving data governance and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) and 10–13 years of relevant experience, or 14–17 years in lieu of a degree.
• Experience leading reporting, analytics, or BI functions in project-based or operational environments.
• Advanced knowledge of reporting methodologies, data analysis, and BI practices.

• Deliver project, program, portfolio, and business performance reporting for executives.
