Job summary

UKG in the United States seeks a Sr. Principal, Executive Reporting to design and deliver enterprise-level executive review frameworks and dashboards, giving senior leaders a concise, fact-based view of performance and strategic initiatives.

You'll collaborate with Finance and Enterprise Systems to ensure data quality, lead KPI storytelling, and produce executive-ready materials that drive timely decisions and proactive risk management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in enterprise planning, operations, data analytics, or strategic finance in tech/SaaS.
• Experience creating executive-level performance reporting integrating multiple functions.
• Analytical skills to validate data, identify drivers, and translate findings into actions.
• Proficient with visualization tools like Power BI/Tableau and storytelling.
• Experience using AI for automated reporting and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise executive reporting framework, cadence and content.
• Synthesize financial, operational, customer, product inputs into clear narratives.
• Collaborate with Finance and Enterprise Systems to reconcile data.
• Develop concise dashboards and briefing materials for leaders.
• Manage production calendar and review process for materials.
• Provide forward-looking analyses and scenarios to enable decisions.
