UKG is seeking a Sr. Principal, Executive Reporting to design and deliver enterprise-level executive review frameworks and dashboards that provide senior leaders with concise, fact-based views of performance and strategic initiatives.

You will collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, challenge inputs for clarity, and produce executive-ready insights. You will synthesize diverse inputs, create concise narratives, and manage the calendar and processes around

Qualifications

Over 10 years of experience in enterprise planning, enterprise business operations, data analytics, or strategic finance in a technology/SaaS context.

Responsibilities

Define the enterprise executive reporting framework, architecture, cadence, standards, and content requirements.
Synthesize financial, operational, customer, product, and strategic inputs into concise narratives with action items.
Collaborate with Enterprise Systems, Finance, and cross-functional teams to reconcile data and ensure KPI accuracy.
Develop concise executive dashboards and briefing materials for senior leadership.
Manage the reporting production calendar, reviews, and deep-dives for timely, accurate outputs.
Provide forward-looking analyses, scenarios, and implications to support strategic decisions.
Continuously improve templates, processes, and tools to elevate executive communication.
