Job summary

UKG is seeking a Sr. Principal, Executive Reporting to design and deliver enterprise-level executive reviews and dashboards that give senior leaders a concise, data-driven view of performance.

You will work with Finance and Enterprise Systems to ensure data quality, develop narratives, and produce executive-ready materials that drive timely decisions. The role requires 10+ years in enterprise planning or strategic finance, strong BI skills, and an MBA or advanced degree.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise planning, enterprise business operations, data analytics, or strategic finance within tech/SaaS.
• Demonstrated experience developing company-level executive performance reporting or leadership materials.
• Analytical capability to collect, validate data, identify performance drivers and translate findings into implications and recommendations.
• Strong experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization platforms and executive storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise executive reporting framework, architecture, cadence, standards, and content to provide a consistent, decision-oriented view of performance.
• Synthesize financial, operational, customer, product, and strategic inputs into clear narratives and actions.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Systems, Finance, and functional teams to reconcile data and improve KPI accuracy.
• Develop executive dashboards and briefing materials that are concise and visually clear.
• Manage the reporting production calendar, reviews, and deep-dives for timely, accurate materials.
• Provide forward-looking analyses, scenarios, and implications for decision support.
• Continuously improve reporting processes, templates, and tools to reduce manual effort.
