The position leads staff delivering faith, educational, vocational, counseling, and therapeutic programs, ensuring compliance and high-quality outcomes for the incarcerated population.

Qualifications

• High school graduate with college level coursework in public administration, criminal justice, sociology, or related field.
• 2–4 years' experience in correctional institution management in a supervisory capacity or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Responsabilités

• Leads subordinate staff delivering faith services, academic/vocational programs, counseling, and reentry services.
• Evaluates current systems, services, and programs for integrity and effectiveness.
• Identifies and implements modern, needs-based practices for rehabilitation and continuity of care.
