Susquehanna Growth Equity is seeking an Executive Recruiting Co-op to identify and engage top-tier executive talent for its portfolio companies. You will build and maintain a broad network, manage multiple searches, and partner with HR and the investment team to shape leadership talent strategy.

The role offers exposure to a fast-growing SaaS and Growth Equity environment, with emphasis on DEI, compensation benchmarking, and talent development across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Comfortable reaching out to C-suite executives and building relationships.
• Basic understanding of SaaS companies and organizational design.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and sourcing A+ executive talent for SGE portfolio companies.
• Proactively recruit, engage, and manage relationships for 8+ executive searches.
• Perform market research and industry analysis to map portfolio talent landscapes.
• Proactively manage and organize talent network of 12k+ contacts.
• Partner with HR advisors, consultants, and executive search providers.
• Maintain comprehensive compensation, incentive, and benefits benchmarks.
• Collaborate with Head of Talent and Investment Team to evolve Talent functions.
