Qualifications

• Interest in human capital, talent and people operations within SaaS and Growth Equity.
• Comfortable doing outreach or finding creative ways to get in front of A+ C-suite executives.
• Basic understanding of SaaS companies and organizational design.
• Strong work ethic, desire to learn and attention to detail.
• Relationship-driven; ability to build and foster relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Outgoing, self-starter and driven personality; not afraid of rejection.
• Impressive academic record.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source A+ executive talent for SGE portfolio companies.
• Proactively recruit, engage, and manage relationships for 8+ executive searches.
• Perform market research and industry analysis to build portfolio market maps.
• Proactively manage and organize talent network of 12k+ contacts.
• Collaborate with Head of Talent and Investment Team to evolve Talent function.
