A leading executive search firm is seeking an Executive Recruiter to join their dynamic Technology division. This role requires expertise in sourcing and placing IT professionals, with responsibilities spanning the recruitment process. Ideal candidates should have Staffing Firm experience and familiarity with both Contract and Permanent IT roles.

We currently have an opportunity within our dynamic Technology division as an Executive Recruiter. We are seeking someone with Staffing Firm experience, and experience in Contract IT roles as well as Permanent IT roles.

  • Source, engage, and submit exceptional talent across all levels utilizing our extensive database, job boards, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Facilitate the interview process and address any client/candidate concerns, ensuring a smooth recruitment experience.
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the process, offering support before and after interviews.
  • Conduct comprehensive reference checks.
  • Lead negotiations on salary and terms, securing successful placements.
