Job Description

As part of the Host Healthcare Recruitment team, the Senior Recruiter drives successful placements of clinicians across various healthcare specialties. Responsibilities include developing relationships with clinicians nationwide, proactively recruiting, and aligning placements with their experience in diverse healthcare settings.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, goal-oriented, creative, energetic, and possesses excellent interpersonal skills. They should be organized, adaptable to a fast-paced environment, and embody Host’s core values of Team Strength, Personal Accountability, Integrity, Excellence, Positivity, and Mastery.

Responsibilities

1. Meet or exceed placement goals by driving new placements and clinician retention.
2. Prospect, pre-screen, and activate candidate leads through cold calling, email, and texts. Match candidates with open positions based on their experience.
3. Understand job requirements, create compelling candidate profiles, and collaborate with managers to facilitate the hiring process.
4. Schedule interviews, solicit offers, and close placements with candidates.
5. Maintain strong relationships with clinicians to ensure positive experiences and facilitate extensions and rebookings.
6. Accurately record all activity in the company database.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2. Previous sales or healthcare experience is a plus.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
4. Strong time management and organizational skills; comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency with technology platforms such as Target Recruit.
