You will visit clients, promote staffing services, and align top executives with transformational leadership roles.

The role requires 3+ years in staffing and proven sales/recruitment success, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or 3+ years in staffing experience required or equivalent.
• 3+ years sales experience in staffing, recruitment or HR services.
• 3+ years recruitment experience with proven targets.
• Strong client relationship and executive communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and recruit on open roles.
• Partner with C-level clients to advise on hiring strategies and transformation.
• Visit clients in person and promote staffing services across industries.
• Identify and engage executives who redefine roles and drive change.
• Lead with empathy and build authentic relationships with clients and candidates.
• Act as a brand ambassador for LHH and uphold our values.
