LHH Technology in Portland, OR seeks an Executive Recruiter to source top IT talent for Fortune 500, startups and mid-market firms. You will manage client relationships, develop new opportunities, and drive searches from first contact to placement in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or five (5) years professional work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Client sales guru: proficient at cold calling, providing solutions, growing the account, reviewing metrics, and delivering presentations

Responsibilities

• As an Executive Recruiter, you will manage the recruiting process from initial client contact to execution of the completed search.
• You will build key relationships with decision makers and consult with them on their needs for top talent.
• You will develop a base of clients and manage existing relationships with current clients in the Phoenix marketplace and broader markets.
