Creative Financial Staffing (CFS) in New York City is hiring a full-desk Executive Recruiter to join our team. This sales role focuses on obtaining new clients, maintaining accounts, and recruiting top accounting and finance talent.

You will build long-standing relationships with decision makers, match candidates to opportunities, and drive revenue with base salary plus uncapped commission. We offer ESOP, 401k with match, comprehensive benefits, and hybrid work after onboarding.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, staffing, or recruiting with a proven track record of success.
• Enjoys sales—the thrill of the hunt, negotiating, closing the deal—and wants to sell and make money.
• Likes to manage her/his/their work like it is her/his/their own business.
• Ability to communicate at all levels confidently and effectively in an organization; good at connecting on social media and by phone/face-to-face.
• Driven, competitive, self-motivated, and a team player.
• Good sense of humor.
