Talent Partner/ Direct Sourcing / Negotiation/ Relationship Builder

The Executive Recruiter is responsible for executing the full life cycle of direct hire recruiting for top-tier, mid- to senior-level professional direct hire job orders for a variety of clients. Partners with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs. Analyzes hiring needs, determines the best recruiting methods, creates, and deploys client and role-specific recruiting strategies. Develops client accounts and generates new business through candidate and client leads, referrals, and various marketing methods. Builds and maintains a comprehensive candidate pipeline that addresses client needs. Serves as a subject matter expert on market trends, target industries, and roles.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Develops client accounts and generates new business through candidate and client leads, referrals, and marketing.
  2. Partners with clients to analyze hiring needs, determines the best recruiting methods, and creates and deploys client-specific recruiting strategies and marketing initiatives.
  3. Stays updated on industry trends and recruiting best practices.
  4. Builds expertise on target industries, clients, and roles.
  5. Screens resumes and conducts behavioral-based interviews and competency evaluations.
  6. Provides guidance and negotiates fee agreements with clients; completes necessary correspondence for each placement.
  7. Nurtures account development for new business generation.
  8. Visits clients’ offices to understand their goals and objectives.
  9. Generates direct hire fees according to budgeted goals.
  10. Enters and tracks assignment and candidate data in tracking and order systems.
  11. Creates and manages temporary employee programs.
  12. Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
  13. Establishes a network of industry contacts through professional associations and networking organizations.
  14. Develops relationships with key clients and business leaders.
  15. Responds to candidate, temporary employee, and client inquiries.
  16. Completes candidate hiring and onboarding processes per organizational requirements.
  17. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of three (3) years of recruiting experience for top-tier, mid- to senior-level candidates or relevant industry experience. A bachelor’s degree or five (5) years of professional work experience is required.

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships.

  • Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Problem-solving skills with creative solutions.
  • Business acumen and market insight.
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office products.
  • Knowledge of sourcing and recruiting trends and methodologies.
  • Ability to utilize Customer Relationship Management Systems.
