What you’ll be doing

As an Executive Recruiter, you will manage both Clients and Candidates, executing the full life-cycle of direct hire recruiting for top tier, mid- to senior-level professional positions. You will need a sense of urgency, focusing on existing Clients and identifying new ones while interviewing candidates.

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field; minimum of five (5) years of experience recruiting top tier, mid- to senior-level candidates is required.
• High level of adaptability to meet changing priorities.
• Team-player with a collaborative mindset.
• Technically savvy and interested in learning and implementing new technology.
• Passionate about helping candidates and clients succeed.
• Driven and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in a remote or hybrid model work environment.
