REMOTE POSITION - This is a commission-driven role with the potential to earn between 30-80% of your production.

Responsibilities :

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates
• Partner with clients to fill urgent positions
• Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in successful placements
• Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials
• Cold call, qualify, screen, and prepare candidates and clients for interviews; assist in negotiating job offers
• Conduct reference checks on candidates
