This role emphasizes deep industry fluency, building client and candidate relationships, and delivering precise search strategies from intake to placement.

Responsibilities

• Own searches from intake to placement, acting as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders.
• Lead client intake and convert into precise search strategies.
• Source and engage passive candidates via direct outreach, mapping, and network.
• Screen, qualify, and present candidates with insightful presentations.
• Guide candidates and clients through interviews, offers, and placement.
• Maintain weekly client updates and uphold fast, professional feedback.
• Develop new client relationships and grow existing ones, building the business.
• Stay connected with successful hires to foster lasting relationships.

We're growing, and we're looking for a consultative, entrepreneurial Account Executive (Recruiter) to help expand our impact across our business lines and markets.

This is not a seat where you recruit across fifteen industries. You'll go deep in one, learn the language, the players, and the market dynamics, and build a book of client and candidate relationships that compounds in value every year.

What you'll do

• Own searches from intake to placement, acting as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders rather than a résumé vendor
• Lead client intake conversations and translate them into sharp, precise search strategies
• Source and engage passive, high performing candidates through direct outreach, market mapping, and your growing network
• Screen, qualify, and present candidates with polished, insight rich candidate presentations
• Guide candidates and clients through interviews, offer negotiation, and the final stretch to placement
• Keep clients informed with a consistent weekly cadence, and hold them to a shared standard of fast feedback and professionalism
• Develop new client relationships and grow existing ones, this is a business building role, not just a desk role
• Stay close to your successful hires with check ins after start, so every placement becomes a lasting relationship

What you bring

• A track record in executive search, recruiting, staffing, or consultative business development, with healthcare or pharmacy experience a strong plus
• An entrepreneurial mindset, you're energized by building relationships and pipeline, not just filling requisitions
• A consultative style, with the credibility to hold your own in conversations with senior executives
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Discipline and organization, you're comfortable managing multiple searches with precision
• Curiosity about a complex industry, and the drive to become a genuine expert in it
