Job summary

Frontline Source Group is seeking an Agency Executive Recruiter for a fully remote role based in the DFW area, with occasional in-person connections. The role focuses on accounting/finance, HR, IT, and other sectors, driving candidate sourcing and relationships at a high volume.

You will manage a fast-paced desk, partner with account managers, and build a strong candidate pipeline while receiving training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of agency recruiting experience (professional services).
• Strong communication skills and a high sense of urgency.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities at once.
• Experience with Bullhorn is a plus.

Frontline Source Group is growing—and we’re looking for an experienced Agency Executive Recruiter to join our internal team. This is a remote role based in the DFW area, with occasional in-person team connection opportunities. We specialize in Accounting/Finance, HR, IT, Grocery, Marketing, Legal, Life Sciences, and Oil & Gas—and after 20 years in business, we’re just getting started.

What You’ll Do:
