Job summary

Frontline Source Group in the Dallas area is seeking an experienced Agency Executive Recruiter to join our internal team. This is a remote role based in the DFW area with occasional in-person team connection opportunities.

You will manage a high-volume recruiting desk across professional sectors, source and build strong candidate relationships, and partner with account managers to drive success in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of agency recruiting experience within professional services.
• Strong communication skills and a high sense of urgency.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience with Bullhorn is a plus.
