Job summary

Truist seeks an experienced Head of Real Estate Lending Technology to define and execute the technology strategy for the real estate lending business. This leader will empower global teams across engineering, architecture, product management, data, and security to modernize platforms, accelerate cloud and API adoption, and improve outcomes.

The role partners with business, risk, compliance, and finance to modernize legacy systems, drive product-centric operating models, and deliver measurable

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, CS, Business, or related field.
At least 12 years of progressive technology operations experience.
Broad leadership and management experience leading complex technology operations teams.

Responsibilities

Lead a technology organization with multiple teams across engineering, architecture, security, and analytics.
Develop and implement short- to mid-term operational plans aligned with strategy.
Drive modernization initiatives, cloud adoption, and AI capabilities to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Oversee data strategy, vendor management, and regulatory compliance.
