Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in technology operations.
• Broad leadership and management experience leading complex technology operations teams.
• Proven ability to manage complex operational initiatives across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a technology job area that may include several teams spanning engineering, infrastructure, architecture, security, operations, or analytics.
• Develop and implement short‑ to mid‑term operational plans aligned with enterprise strategies.
• Drive enhancements of processes, systems, and platforms to improve performance and results.
• Solve multi‑team problems requiring analysis and interpretation of data and system behavior.
• Communicate with stakeholders to influence modernization initiatives.
• Lead workforce planning and performance management within the job area.
• Steward budget and operational costs for the job area.
• Ensure compliance with technology governance, risk, and security policies.
