Job summary

Olgoonik is seeking an Executive Operations Coordinator in Washington, DC to lead protective detail operations planning and execution, ensuring secure environments and efficient resource use.

The role coordinates with federal, state, local, and foreign security partners, manages OPSCO day-to-day operations, and reports to the Unit Chief with budget and IT oversight to sustain strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• College degree in a related field or extensive experience in protective services is preferred.
• Experience in Government contracting is desired.
• Minimum of five (5), preferably seven (7), years of experience in Tactical Operations Center, Watch/Command Centers, or protective security supervisory roles.
• Security clearance requirements include TOP SECRET with SCI access and SSBI within 4.5 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and assistance to management in planning, staffing, and resourcing of protective operations and recommend methods to improve planning efficiency.
• Ensure personnel, equipment, funding, and supporting elements are properly positioned to enable protective detail operations.
• Oversee day-to-day OPSCO operations and manage trip planning data, databases, and inter-organizational liaison activities.
• Develop procedures and practices to ensure efficient OPSCO operation, strong internal controls, and prepare written reports for management.
