Job summary

PG&E is seeking an Executive Protection Supervisor in the Bay Area to lead a team of Personal Security Advisors, oversee protective operations for executives, and coordinate security for travel, events, and residences. You will act as a senior field leader, ensuring program standards, compliance, and readiness while mentoring EP personnel.

The role requires a BA/BS, 10 years in security, CA driver license, US passport, and ability to carry a concealed weapon.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• 10 years of relevant experience in physical security or law enforcement.
• Current CA Driver's License.
• Current U.S. Passport.
• Authority to carry a concealed weapon (HR 218/CCW).
• Experience coordinating complex security or protective operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the operational supervisor for a team of Personal Security Advisors during executive protection assignments and events.
• Lead day-to-day execution of protective operations across workplace, residential, event and travel environments.
• Translate executive protection guidance into effective field execution and adapt to changing threats.
