Job summary

White Glove Protection Group Inc. is seeking a professional corporate security lead to maintain a polished, discreet presence across headquarters without disrupting the employee experience.

You will patrol multiple posts, monitor access, manage visitors, respond to incidents, and coordinate with facilities and executives to ensure safety and a high-touch client environment. The role requires vigilance, strong communication, and the ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years in corporate security or related field.
  • Ability to monitor access per procedures and detect tailgating or unauthorized access.
  • Strong incident response and adherence to emergency procedures and chain-of-command.
  • Ability to stand, walk, patrol, climb stairs, and stay alert for extended periods.
  • Excellent written report writing and documentation.
  • Valid California BSIS guard card and CPR/First Aid/AED.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a polished, discreet security presence across corporate headquarters.
  • Provide coverage across lobby, executive floor, and rover assignments; maintain professionalism and attentiveness.
  • Monitor lobby, executive floor, and interior/exterior areas for safety, security, hazards, and access issues.
  • Support visitor management: guest reception, badge processing, credential verification, VIP arrivals with discretion.
  • Conduct patrols and respond as a mobile rover to calls for service, incidents, alarms, or urgent needs.
  • Respond promptly to medical incidents, disturbances, emergencies, alarms, and escalate as required.
  • Document incidents and post activity thoroughly and timely.
  • Coordinate with reception, facilities, workplace teams, and executives for visitor/security handling.
  • Maintain post readiness: appearance, equipment, post orders, SOPs, and emergency protocols; participate in trainings and drills.
  • Balance hospitality with security to support a high-touch corporate environment and positive client experience.
  • Maintain operational discipline and accountability across shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

  • - Ability to conduct interior and exterior patrols and inspections with attention to detail; ability to stand, walk, patrol, climb stairs, and remain alert for extended periods.
  • - Working knowledge of emergency procedures, radio communications, incident documentation, and post discipline.
  • - Strong situational awareness and ability to detect anomalies, suspicious behavior, and emerging issues.
  • - Sound judgment and decision-making under pressure; ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and dynamic workplace conditions.
  • - Strong verbal and written communication skills, including report writing and documentation.
  • - Professional, polished, discreet, calm, observant, dependable, service-oriented, emotionally mature, accountable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • - Ability to work assigned shifts, including overtime, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
  • - Valid driver's license and clean driving record (listed as a requirement in the posting).

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS
  • - Current CPR certification.

  • - Current California BSIS guard card (California security guard license).
  • - Exposed firearm permit.
  • - CCW/LEOSA (Concealed Carry/LEOSA credential as listed).
  • - Valid driver's license (and clean driving record).
