Job summary

Fortified Risk Group seeks a proactive Assistant Operations Manager to support our Executive Protection program. This role combines administrative support, scheduling, staffing, client coordination, threat assessment support, and program compliance across assignments and locations.

You will work with the Director and regional teams, manage calendars, prepare briefing materials, track licenses and training, and coordinate coverage for events and travel.

Qualifications

• At least five years of administrative, operations, or coordination experience.
• Experience in security, executive protection, or fast-moving operations preferred.
• Proven ability to manage complex scheduling across multiple people/locations.
• Strong communication, organization, and recordkeeping; professional with executives/clients.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; scheduling tools; databases.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Director, including calendar management and meeting prep.
• Build and maintain protective detail schedules, shift rotations, and staffing plans.
• Coordinate coverage for events, travel, and short-notice needs; monitor hours and gaps.
• Support threat assessment with case tracking, research, and assessments.
• Prepare assessment reports and maintain confidential case records.
• Track licenses, certifications, training, and renewals.
• Support HR on recruiting, onboarding, timekeeping, payroll, and documentation.
• Safeguard confidential information and security arrangements.
