Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a security-focused professional to protect personnel and facilities in a fast-paced environment. You will monitor alarms and cameras, update EAPs/SOPs, and manage site health and safety programs while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.

The role requires flexibility for night, weekend, and holiday shifts, with collaboration across intelligence, investigations teams, and local law enforcement to preempt threats.

Responsibilities

• Ensure overall safety and security of protectees and employees.
• Monitor security systems including alarms and cameras.
• Update site Emergency Action Plans (EAPs) and SOPs.
• Manage site health and safety programs.
• Control access for visitors, employees, and vendors.
• Collaborate with investigations teams and law enforcement to mitigate threats.
• Detect and report suspicious activity and vulnerabilities.
• Travel as required.
