Job summary

Western Midstream seeks an Executive Protection Manager to plan and execute comprehensive protective details for the CEO and Board, coordinating with the security team and travel vendors as needed.

You will provide threat assessments, travel advisories, and advance work for protectee travel across domestic and international locations, while developing emergency action plans and secure transportation protocols.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in executive protection required; government protective service preferred
• Demonstrated experience planning/protective details for C-suite/high-profile individuals
• Experience coordinating protective operations across domestic and international locations

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary protective agent for the CEO, developing and executing comprehensive protective plans
• Plan and execute protective coverage for Board of Directors during quarterly meetings
• Provide threat assessment and travel advisory support for ELT members at high-exposure events
• Conduct advance work for protectee travel, including site surveys and medical/emergency planning
• Develop and maintain emergency action plans, evacuation routes, and contingency plans
• Coordinate secure transportation, lodging, and logistics for protectees
• Monitor emerging threats and travel advisories for protectees’ itineraries
• Conduct pre-travel risk assessments and issue advisories for domestic/international locations
• Maintain relationships with law enforcement and intelligence resources
