Job summary

Control Risks is seeking an Executive Security Driver to support a major global life sciences client in the Boston / Cambridge area. The role combines secure transportation with armed executive protection, requiring mature discretion and strong situational awareness in a corporate environment.

The ideal candidate has formal protective driving training, LEOSA considerations, and the ability to work as part of a small EP team, including advance work and movement planning.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training and relevant professional experience.
• 2+ years of executive protection and related experience.
• Experience in a team-based protective environment.
• Completion of recognized executive protection or close protection training.

Responsibilities

• Provide secure, discreet transportation for executives as required.
• Support advance work, route planning, and movement planning with the protection team.
• Maintain vehicle readiness, equipment status, and communications capability.
• Assist with site visits, events, and executive movements as directed.
• Participate in training and maintain confidentiality and professional standards.
