Job summary

Crisis24 is seeking an Executive Protection Agent to safeguard high-profile clients and critical assets. The role involves close protection, advance work, secure transport, and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams across corporate and field environments.

Required are a Guard Card, firearm permit, and 3+ years in EP/ERT/RST roles, along with a strong focus on discretion, threat assessment, and situational awareness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Guard Card and Firearm Permit (concealed/exposed) required.
• Completion of an Executive Protection or Residential Security Academy accepted by Crisis24.
• Minimum 3 years in Executive Protection, ERT or RST roles.
• Strong threat assessment and defensive driving skills.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver visible security presence for executives, staff and guests with high service standards.
• Respond swiftly to security threats, including active shooter scenarios and emergencies.
• Conduct advance work, secure transportation, and provide close protection in corporate and field environments.
• Monitor security systems, inspect locks, cameras, and access control infrastructure.
• Enforce access control policies with professionalism and discretion.
• Produce incident reports and communicate findings to leadership.
• Collaborate with visiting security teams and facilities management for seamless operations.
