Job summary

Non-Profit Organization in the Washington, DC area seeks an Executive Driver and Security Professional to serve as primary driver and security support for a senior executive and, when needed, other leadership team members. This role also handles day-to-day logistics and deliveries to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires discretion, sound judgment, and a flexible schedule with occasional overtime, evenings, and weekends; travel is up to 25% and driving/security responsibilities are core to

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record in DC/VA/MD.
• Close protection experience preferred; CPR/first aid trained.
• Ability to operate vehicle maintenance basics and coordinate with security partners.
• Willingness to work overtime, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive driving and security support for a senior executive, including travel and events.
• Coordinate and monitor security systems at a private residence; liaise with security vendors.
• Provide driving support for other executives as needed.
• Maintain the executive vehicle; arrange maintenance and keep it clean and professional.
• Coordinate with building security and external security teams for events and operations.
• Assist with deliveries, logistics, and escort visiting executives and guests.
