Job summary

The National Football League seeks a Director of Executive Security Service to manage physical security for the Commissioner and family, identify threats, mitigate vulnerabilities, and maintain secure environments during work, residence, and travel. The role includes overseeing investigations, coordinating with law enforcement, and supervising the executive protection unit.

Essential functions include complex threat investigations, residential security management, and contract personnel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in dignitary protection, executive protection, or a related security field.
• Demonstrated supervisory or team lead experience with personnel, assignments, or projects.

Responsibilities

• Support identification, coordination, and execution of investigations involving threats against the Commissioner and organization.
• Maintain proficiency in surveillance, risk assessment, countermeasures, and first aid.
• Conduct advanced work at locations visited to identify security concerns and vulnerabilities.
• Assist in evaluating activities to determine appropriate security posture and risk mitigation.
• Support residential security measures and operational security plans.
