Job summary

FINRA seeks an Associate Director of Corporate Security to serve as the senior delegate to the Director, overseeing security and life-safety across FINRA facilities and events. This role protects personnel, assets, and operations while advising leadership on risk and continuity.

The position leads executive protection for the CEO and Management Committee, develops enterprise security standards, and maintains 24/7 readiness for emergencies and critical incidents in a hybrid office setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 10+ years of experience in law enforcement or security leadership at multiple locations required.
• 5+ years managing multi-state security programs and protective operations.
• Proficiency with security systems including access control and CCTV.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise security across multiple facilities and events.
• Lead executive protection for CEO and Management Committee activities.
• Develop enterprise security standards and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure 24/7 readiness, incident response, and risk mitigation.
