Qualifications

• Requires a four-year college degree and progressively responsible administrative experience.
• Experience developing eligibility policies for means-tested programs is preferred.
• Strong leadership and policy-analysis capabilities required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and evaluate the operations of the Bureau of Eligibility Policy.
• Supervise staff and coordinate policy development with agencies and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal eligibility guidelines and respond to inquiries.
