Abramson Labor Group is seeking a resourceful Project Manager to support the Managing Partner on executive-level initiatives. This role acts as a direct extension of the Managing Partner—driving projects forward, coordinating across departments, and representing priorities in communications with internal staff and outside vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and experience in professional services or similar fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate across departments.
• Proficiency with standard office software and project tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute executive-level projects in coordination with the Managing Partner.
• Represent the Managing Partner in communications with staff, vendors, and outside parties.
• Drive initiatives forward, anticipate roadblocks, and ensure timely completion.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, adjusting priorities as needed.
• Obtain and compare vendor quotes to support decision-making.
