Job summary

ADP is seeking a Senior Implementation Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives within time, scope, and budget.

The role requires managing all project phases, coordinating staff, and collaborating across departments; travel up to 20%. The team values PMP certification, WFN knowledge, strong communication and leadership.

Qualifications

• Three years of project management experience.
• ADP Workforce Now (WFN) product knowledge/experience.
• Up to 20% travel activity required.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Implementation experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with project management tools and structured methodologies.
• Knowledge of functional area and related company products.
• Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Expertise with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and Visio.

• ADP Workforce Now (WFN) product knowledge/ experience required.
• Up to 20% travel activity required.

A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:

• Experience noted above, OR
• Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.

REFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• PMP or equivalent professional project management certification.
• Implementation experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with project management tools and structured methodologies

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is USD $69,300.00 - USD $129,200.00 / Year*

• Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
