Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction across multiple sectors.
• Proven track record managing complex $50M+ projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, safety, quality, scheduling and permits.
• Ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams across geographic regions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary executive contact with clients, owners and design partners.
• Lead executive meetings to ensure alignment on scope, budget, schedule and safety.
• Oversee lifecycle activities from preconstruction through closeout and performance reviews.
• Mentor senior project staff and foster a culture of integrity and collaboration.
• Drive market growth, procurement strategy and client development across regions.
