Job summary

Chesapeake Utilities Corporation is seeking a seasoned Project Director, FEP to provide executive leadership for the Company’s largest capital investment program exceeding $1 billion. You will govern scope, schedule, budget, safety, and regulatory compliance across engineering, construction, procurement, finance, and operations, while aligning with corporate objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Business, Project Management, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 15+ years leading large capital projects or programs with significant budget and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as executive leader and primary accountability for the FEP program with >$1B value.
• Establish project vision, strategy, governance, and delivery model.
• Provide accountability for safety, scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, construction, procurement, legal, regulatory, finance, and operations.
