Job summary

Chesapeake Utilities Corporation is seeking an accomplished Project Director, FEP to lead the company’s largest capital investment program. You will steer vision, governance, and delivery across engineering, construction, procurement, finance, legal, regulatory, and operations, ensuring safety, regulatory, financial, and stakeholder objectives throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Business, Project Management, or a related field required.
• 15+ years of progressively responsible experience leading large capital projects, programs, or portfolios.
• Experience in senior leadership delivering large-scale infrastructure, energy, or utility projects.
• PMP certification preferred (not mandatory).
• Valid State Driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the executive leader for the FEP program with >$1B value.
• Establish vision, governance framework, and delivery model for the project.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, construction, procurement, finance, legal, regulatory, and operations.
• Maintain executive relationships with regulators, customers, and stakeholders.
• Oversee project controls, forecasting, and reporting; drive risk management.
