Job summary

Tyler Technologies in Plano, TX is seeking an Executive Program Manager to lead strategic programs for the Executive Leadership Team. You will drive completion of complex initiatives, conduct research, assemble data, and produce briefing materials for ELT decisions.

This role requires strong project management and analytical skills with ability to coordinate cross-functional teams. PM tools and PowerBI experience are a plus; PMP/CAPM preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in project coordination, business analysis, operations analysis.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Strong analytical and research skills to synthesize findings.
• Experience with business research, tool evaluations, or process analysis.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage special projects and initiatives for ELT members or Central Operations.
• Conduct research and analysis on topics requested by the ELT.
• Gather data, run reports, and synthesize information for ELT decisions.
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for leadership meetings.
• Develop project plans, timelines and track progress for initiatives.
• Create presentations and briefing materials based on findings.
