Job summary

UCLA Fielding School of Public Health is seeking a Program Manager for the Office of the Dean. The role acts as a central operational hub, coordinating strategic initiatives, schedules, and high-impact events, while delivering programmatic and analytical support to the Dean and Associate Deans.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's with 3-5 years of related experience or a Master’s in Public Health (preferred), and strong skills in data analysis, coordination, and confidential communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3-5 years of related work experience or equivalent.
• Master's in Public Health or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to public health and its mission is required.
• Experience supporting executive-level administrators or managers is required.
• Strong program management and data analysis skills are essential.
• Ability to analyze, research, and synthesize large data sets.
• Proven experience coordinating programs and events.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work with faculty, staff, students, and external partners.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central operational hub, ensuring seamless daily execution.
• Manage key strategic initiatives and coordinate complex schedules.
• Plan and execute high-impact school events.
• Provide programmatic and analytical support directly to the Dean and Associate Deans.
